HR Business Partner

We are expanding our team and looking for an HR Business Partner (Cyprus / ready to relocate to Cyprus) — someone who will become a trusted partner to the business and help our teams grow and thrive.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with business goals;
  • Partnering closely with C-level executives and department heads;
  • Workforce planning and resource assessment for new projects;
  • Advising managers on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and motivation;
  • Participating in final-stage interviews for key roles;
  • Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and supporting career growth;
  • Developing and strengthening corporate culture and employer brand;

  • Organizing corporate events;
  • Supporting employees during relocation to Cyprus;

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist in IT or game development;
  • Higher education degree and continuous professional development in HR;
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives in onboarding, motivation, L&D, and internal communications;
  • Experience building HR processes in a fast-paced environment;
  • Understanding of product team specifics (development, art, game design, etc.);
  • Strong strategic planning skills and experience partnering with leadership;
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Level Artist

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience working on released commercial PC titles;
  • A proactive approach to level creation and improvement;
  • The ability to plan, prototype, and implement detailed game scenes in close collaboration with 3D artists and programmers;
  • Experience working with lighting in Unity;
  • Proficiency in Blender;
  • A solid understanding of game logic fundamentals;
  • A high level of autonomy and strong self-organization skills;
  • A portfolio demonstrating confirmed contributions to released projects, including examples in a realistic visual style;
  • The ability to clearly communicate ideas and stay focused on results;
  • A strong understanding of composition principles and artistic sensibility.

It’ll be a plus if you have:

  • Experience setting up gameplay logic and an understanding of Unity scripting (no advanced programming required);
  • Experience writing documentation;
  • Knowledge of C#;
  • An interest in indie games, horror titles, and walking simulators

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating game levels in Unity with a strong focus on visual quality;
  • Defining, assigning, and coordinating tasks for creating 3D assets required for location content;
  • Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing levels based on data;
  • Maintaining high visual standards across levels, mentoring and supporting other artists when needed;
  • Creating blockouts and, when necessary, adjusting and refining environment assets;
  • Collaborating closely with other teams (developers, game designers, QA, and environment artists) and participating in team meetings.

Product Analyst

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to strengthen our team. If you want to work on exciting projects—and be part of a friendly team—then we’re the perfect fit for you!

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Analyst in the game development industry;
  • Strong proficiency in ClickHouse, including writing analytical queries;
  • Experience using modern BI tools with ClickHouse;
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory;
  • Experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests;
  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • The ability to communicate ideas clearly and present data effectively through visualization;
  • Extensive gaming experience and a genuine interest in the games industry;
  • A willingness to actively learn and adopt new tools and methodologies.

It’ll be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Python, MySQL 5, Airflow, GitLab, and DBeaver;
  • Experience analyzing browser-based social games;
  • A higher technical education degree (e.g. mathematics, economics, or related fields);
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

  • Analyzing game economy, game balance, updates, player behavior, and the impact of external factors on the product;
  • Developing reports and providing data-driven recommendations for game improvements;
  • Ensuring the integrity and validity of all game data collected;

QA Engineer (Manual)

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a QA Engineer to help us create immersive gaming experiences. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hunting down bugs, and want to make a real impact on game quality, we'd love to hear from you!

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience testing mobile games;
  • A solid understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle;
  • Experience contributing to the successful launch of a game from concept to release;
  • Experience writing test documentation;
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • The ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
  • A genuine passion for finding bugs and identifying areas for improvement;
  • A passion for games and extensive gaming experience;
