Brickworks was founded by the creator of Sublustrum and Phobos: 1953 — thrilling quest games with unique atmosphere, visuals and ambient music — and grew into a team of devoted game developers in Limassol, Cyprus. You are our person if you have:
Experience of C# development;
Experience of Unity development;
Proficiency with OOP;
Understanding of client-server architecture principles;
Experience of developing architectural decisions;
Technical education and general algorithmical and mathematical knowledge;
Experience of working with 2D and 3D graphics;
Vast gaming experience and a genuine love for games.
Even greater if you have:
Experience of using Model-View-Presenter pattern;
Experience of optimizing apps for mobile devices;
Understanding of ECS principles and experience of using it.
Some points on tasks:
Programming of various gaming systems in Unity;
Game logic developing;
Client-server interaction;
Integration of 2D and 3D assets in Unity;
Working with shaders, editing them, and creating your own;
Performance assessment and optimization.

Now our team is actively expanding so we’re looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to cooperate with. We’d be glad if you fit in the team.
Some points on tasks:
Determine the marketing strategy for all company projects;
Manage, develop, expand and inspire the marketing team;
Form, coordinate and manage the marketing budget of the company;
Build an analytics system: from collecting data, setting technical specifications for analysts and programmers to preparing reports that are understandable to owners and key stakeholders;
Search and evaluate new channels for promoting the company's products;
Build the process of developing creatives for advertising channels and stores.
You are our person if you have:
3+ years of experience in mobile app marketing;
Experience with major channels (Facebook, Google, Unity);
Experience in building a marketing analytics system;
Experience with major trackers and mobile analytics tools (devtodev, Firebase);
Proven marketing cases you worked on (improving conversions and conducting A/B tests, viral content or promotion in social networks — you must have done something cool!);
Team management experience;
Experience in marketing strategy development and effective budgeting;
Fluent English;
Consistency in organizing processes;
International work experience.
