We are expanding our team and looking for an HR Business Partner (Cyprus / ready to relocate to Cyprus) — someone who will become a trusted partner to the business and help our teams grow and thrive.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with business goals;

- 3+ years of experience as an HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist in IT or game development;
- Higher education degree and continuous professional development in HR;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives in onboarding, motivation, L&D, and internal communications;
- Experience building HR processes in a fast-paced environment;
- Understanding of product team specifics (development, art, game design, etc.);
- Strong strategic planning skills and experience partnering with leadership;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

UX/UI Designer (PC)
We are currently looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to work on the remake of the legendary game Sublustrum, as well as on our other projects!
You're the right fit if you have:
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in the game development industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience working on PC games and a good understanding of PC-specific UX/UI requirements.
- Experience independently building a project’s design system and making key design decisions.
- Experience using AI tools as part of your workflow.
- A solid understanding of typography, graphic layout, and grid systems.
- The ability to propose several solutions to a task and clearly justify the best approach.
- Experience creating and maintaining UI kits.
- Experience implementing UI layouts in Unity, or a willingness to learn if needed.
- A portfolio featuring shipped or completed projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and maintaining game interfaces from initial concept through final implementation.
- Maintaining and improving the visual style of the interface.
- Designing and creating UI, including working with references and collaborating with the project producer and artists.
- Ensuring that the interfaces you design are integrated into the game with a high level of quality and usability.
- Participating in playtests.

Community Manager
We are currently looking for a talented Community Manager to work on the remake of the legendary game Sublustrum, as well as on our other projects!
If you know how to create engaging content and would like to help bring the project’s unique atmosphere to life across PC and consoles, we’d love to have you on our team.
You're the right fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in community management in the gaming industry, working with PC, console, or mobile titles.
- Experience managing and growing game communities on Steam.
- Experience working with influencers and streamers, including organizing and launching collaborations.
- Creativity and a willingness to experiment with formats, including ARG mechanics, puzzles, and other ways to engage the audience.
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the audience for story-rich and mystery-driven games.
- Excellent command of Russian, with a strong sense of style and tone, impeccable writing skills, and careful handling of spoilers.
- English at B2+ level for communicating with players and partners, as well as working with international platforms.
What you'll be doing:
- Shaping and maintaining the project’s tone of voice.
- Developing and managing content plans for key platforms, including Steam, Discord, Reddit, and others.
- Briefing artists and overseeing artwork production, including preparing briefs and references, collecting feedback, and coordinating revisions.
- Preparing and publishing content, including written posts, short videos, devblogs, and other formats.
- Providing communications support for key Sublustrum marketing events, including preparing announcements, adapting materials for different platforms, and maintaining audience interest.
- Supporting closed tests: recruiting and briefing participants, moderating, collecting and structuring feedback, and sharing key insights with the production team.
- Collaborating with partners, including influencers, streamers, and active members of the game community.
- Engaging with the community on a daily basis: moderating, answering questions, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and handling sensitive topics with care.

- 2+ years of experience testing mobile games;
- A solid understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle;
- Experience contributing to the successful launch of a game from concept to release;
- Experience writing test documentation;
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- The ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
- A genuine passion for finding bugs and identifying areas for improvement;
- A passion for games and extensive gaming experience;
